Where do you ship?
I try to ship worldwide, although some countries may have restrictions. Please contact me if your country shows no shipping options.
What is the shipping cost?
In general, shipping is free worldwide. For some exceptions, additional shipping costs will be calculated in your cart.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship your order in 1-3 days after purchase. Once I ship it, it will take about this long:
SPAIN: 3 working days
EUROPE: 1 week
INTERNATIONAL: 2 weeks

Currently there are worldwide shipping delays due to the effects of COVID-19. While I am still working at lightning speed to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, there may be delays out of my control once your order leaves our warehouse and goes into the postal system. Thanks in advance for your very much appreciated patience!
Will my order be tracked?
Yes! No matter what shipping option you go for you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can stalk your order.
I ship most of my orders with Correos España (Spanish national post service).
– If your destination country is Spain, I use standard package (paquete estándar)
– If your destination country is in Europe, I use certified mail or international package, depending on the weight.
– If your destination country is out of Europe I use certified mail or international package, depending on the weight.
Certified mail (what I use for packages under 100g) isn’t trackable in the USA, Canada and some other countries once it leaves Spain. This is because of another tracking system used than the Spanish one. I only can get tracking information from the Spanish Post Service after contacting their customer service, but it won’t show up automatically in the tracking information. I offer the posibility to upgrade your shipping to a trackable one (only USA). Please choose this option at check-out.
Duties / custom fees
As my packages ar rather small, it nearly ever happens, but…
Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. The courier may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and it’s your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order.
I am getting an error when I am trying to place my order, help!?
First and foremost… remember to breathe. Cos if you don’t, you’ll faint and then it’ll take even longer to get your order, and that’s no good. Secondly, check you’ve filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Still not working? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org (with screenshots if possible!) and I’ll see if I can track down the problem.
Can I cancel or adjust my order?
You have 12 hours from the moment of purchase to cancel or adjust your order. Please contact me as soon as possible at email@example.com or +34 695287200 (WhatsApp)
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
If you don’t receive your order in a reasonable time (two weeks for Europe, 6 weeks for other countries), I will send your order again (once) or give you a refund (what you prefer). Please contact me and I will work out a solution for you!
Do you accept returns?
Sometimes, you get your order and it isn’t what you expected. Hey, it happens! You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and undamaged.
In line with our Terms and Conditions, all postage costs for returns must be covered by you. You can choose the shipping method, but I recommend using a trackable postage service. That way you can make sure your gear is safely on its way to us! The products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure everything is packed securely.
Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand, so I know I need to look out for your package.
Once I receive your product back and checked the condition, I will give you a refund using your original payment method.
What is the best miniatures set to start a sound box?
If you are starting from zero, and want to go fast…. go for the 100ABC set! That way you have various objects for each letter from the start.
If you prefer to go cheaper, the 26ABC or 50ABC set are a good way to ensure at least one objects for each letter. You can add more objects and small toys you find at home!
What is the difference between the 100MIX set and 100ABC set?
Or what is the difference between the 50MIX set and the 50ABC set?
The ABC sets are especially thought to make a MONTESSORI ALPHABET SOUND BOX. They include objects for all of the alphabet letters. The mix sets are more suiteable for other purposes such as I spy bags, language games, etc.
