Cancellation & Return Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 21 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
Conditions of return
You can return the product within 21 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and undamaged.
In line with our Terms and Conditions, all postage costs for returns must be covered by you. You can choose the shipping method, but I recommend using a trackable postage service. That way you can make sure your gear is safely on its way to me! The products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure everything is packed securely.
Please contact me at email@example.com beforehand, so I know I need to look out for your package.
Once I receive your product back and checked the condition, I will give you a refund using your original payment method.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
