The “45 Layout Mat”, also known as the “bird’s eye view mat” or the “place value working mat”, is designed for use on the floor.
It is perfect for laying out the Large Number Cards and associating the golden bead values. The columns of each ‘place value’ are colored to match the Montessori Hierarchy Of Number. The subtle grid helps the child to place everything in order. This math mat is about 90×98 cm (35,5×38,5 inch). It is digitally printed on 100% cotton, and therefore there are no seams. The border is finished with overlock. This 100% cotton mat is soft, sturdy and easily fold up for storage, and it is machine washable (30ºC).
It is perfect to use in the classroom or homeschool.
